2 The granulator shall operate stably, and the moving parts and components shall act sensitively, coordinately and accurately without jamming and abnormal sound.  

3 The connection of the air circuit of the granulator shall be sealed well without oil and gas leakage.  

4 The production capacity of the granulator shall reach the rated production capacity.  

5 The filling qualification rate of the granulator shall not be less than 99.8%.   

6 The granulator shall have the function of automatically removing unqualified counting bottles, and the removal rate shall not be greater than 2%. Comments of Nantong Hengli: It is suggested to change it to "the granulator should have automatic rejection function, and the rejection rate of the unqualified products should not be more than 2%." 7 The no-load noise of the granulator shall not be greater than 80dB (A).  

8 Each circuit control system of the granulator shall meet the requirements of GB 5226.1-2008, be safe and reliable, act accurately, and each electrical connector shall be firmly connected and numbered; The operation button shall be flexible and equipped with emergency stop button; The indicator light shall display normally; There should be an emergency stop device. The effective operation of the emergency stop actuator stops the subsequent command, and the operation command is valid until it is reset. The reset shall only be manually operated at the position where the emergency operation command is triggered. The reset of the command shall not restart the machine, but only allow restarting.   

9 The insulation resistance measured when 500Vd. c. is applied between the power circuit conductor and the protective grounding circuit shall not be less than 1M Ω.   

10 All exposed conductive parts of the granulator shall be connected to the protective bonding circuit according to 8.2.1 of GB5226.1-2008. The connection between the grounding terminal or grounding contact and the grounding metal parts shall have a low resistance value, and the resistance value shall not exceed 0.1 Ω. Whether it is qualified shall be determined through the grounding resistance test.   

11 The power circuit conductor and protective connection circuit of electrical equipment shall undergo withstand voltage test for at least 1s.  

12 The safety protection of the granulator shall comply with the following provisions: a) The safety protection of the granulator shall comply with the provisions of JB 7233. b) There shall be clear and eye-catching safety warning signs on the granulator. Safety signs shall comply with GB2894 and GB/T 16273.1. c) The granulator shall be equipped with interlock protection. In case of material shortage, no bottle at the inlet, or blockage at the outlet and misoperation, alarm shall be given and the machine shall be stopped.   

13 The appearance quality of the granulator shall meet the following requirements.   

13.1 The painting or plastic spraying layer on the non machined surface shall be flat and smooth, with uniform color and luster, and free of obvious dirt, flow marks, bubbles, repair marks and other defects.   

13.2 The surface treated parts shall be uniform in color and free from blistering, delamination, spots, rust and other defects.  

14 The materials and parts of the granulator shall meet the following requirements.   

14.1 Pelletizer used in medicine, food, daily chemical, chemical, electronic and hardware industries shall meet the safety and health requirements and management specifications of corresponding industries. When the granulator is used in the food industry, the safety and health requirements of the principles of material selection, design, manufacturing and configuration shall comply with the provisions of GB 16798. When the granulator is used in the pharmaceutical industry, the surface materials that the granulator contacts with the filling particles shall comply with the relevant national regulations on pharmaceutical production equipment.   

14.2 The surface of equipment in contact with packaging materials and solid particles shall be smooth, smooth, easy to clean or sterilize, and corrosion resistant, without chemical changes or adsorption of solid particles. Lubricants and coolants used in the equipment shall not pollute solid particles or containers. 14.3 The raw materials and purchased supporting parts used in the granulator shall be provided with the quality certificate of the manufacturer. If there is no quality certificate, the granulator can be put into use only after it is accepted as qualified according to the relevant product standards.   

14.4 The inner walls of hopper and guide pipe shall be smooth, flat and free from dead corners. The weld joint shall be polished without any material gap. The filling device shall not pollute, damage or scratch the materials.

14.5 The mechanical design of the granulator shall meet the requirements of GB 19891.   

14.6 For materials that may produce dust, the granulator shall be equipped with dust removal interface and dust removal device. The conveying mechanism can be adjusted according to the variety of filling materials and the specifications of containers.
