Operation process description

1. Blanking speed and uniformity are the key to accurate and fast counting and bottling. The hopper baffle and the vibration adjustment shall be closely coordinated and carefully adjusted. Generally, the materials shall not be piled up until they are discharged. The materials shall be uniformly arranged in a single row on the vibration plate channel without overlapping.

2. Each channel of vibrating blanking shall be aligned with the guide port of blanking channel. The guide port shall be 1~2mm lower than and slightly extend into the vibrating plate to prevent drugs from blocking the drug guide port.

3. When the machine is working, it will give an alarm sound and stop vibration. At this time, it should be handled in time according to the alarm instructions. After troubleshooting, the machine will start working again.

4. If there is a bottle under the charging hopper and the alarm indicates that there is no bottle, the assembly position of the photohead for bottle shortage detection is incorrect, and it should be readjusted.
