1、 Basic parameters:

1. Check before use: after the machine is installed, connect the power supply, test run the three-phase motor, ensure that the working direction is correct, ensure the pressure and flow of compressed air, check whether each motor, bearing, etc. need to add lubricating oil, do not work without oil, start the machine after it is normal, and investigate whether the fasteners in each part are loose together, after the operation of each part is stable, Can be used normally;

2. Check whether the function of safety equipment is normal;

3. Before starting the machine, carefully check whether there is water in all water tanks, whether the chain plate is jammed, whether there are sundries on the conveyor belt, whether there are bottle caps in the box with Chu caps, and whether there are several barrels of water, power, and gas sources. When you are ready for each kick, turn on the main power supply, and the power indicator is on, and the fault indicator and emergency stop indicator are not on, then the starting conditions are met, Press the start button on the control box and the start switch at the filling place. After the buzzer gives three warnings, the whole machine starts to run and enters the automatic working mode of external washing, washing and filling. Press the stop button at the filling place and the control box to stop the machine and turn off the main power supply.


2、 Application safety rules:

  1、 Liquid filling machine There is no foreign matter in the equipment (such as things, rags, etc.);

2. The liquid filling machine is not allowed to make abnormal noise (if any, stop the machine immediately and check the reason);

3. All protections shall be safe and reliable, and it is forbidden to wear foreign objects (such as scarves, bracelets, watches, etc.) that may be caught by moving parts;

4. Operators with long hair shall wear hair masks;

5. Do not clean the electrical unit with water or other liquids;

6. Wear work clothes, gloves and eyes to prevent strong acid and alkali corrosion;

7. During operation, it is necessary to have someone monitor the machine, and do not use objects or other objects near the machine;

8. Do not let personnel irrelevant to operation get close to the equipment.


3、 Protection and maintenance:

1. Regular check and protection: check the engine components such as cylinder, solenoid valve, speed regulation and electrical parts every month. The check method can be manually adjusted to check the quality and action reliability. The cylinder mainly checks whether there is air leakage and clamping stagnation. The solenoid valve can be manually forced to act to check whether the IP safety section has burned the solenoid coil and blocked the valve. The electrical part may be checked against the input and output signal indicators, such as check whether the switch element is damaged and whether the line is broken, Whether the output elements work normally.

2. Daily plant construction and protection: whether the motor operates normally, whether the safety environment is normal, and whether the cooling system is abnormal. Whether there is abnormal vibration and sound; Whether abnormal overheating and discoloration occur.


4、 Precautions:

1. It is necessary to ground the motor and housing, and separate the zero line and bottom line;

2. The incoming power line of the machine must be led in through the leakage switch;

3. The three pneumatic components require special pneumatic lubricating oil to extend the service life of the cylinder;

4. Water mercury shall not be operated without water. During operation, attention shall be paid to supplement water to alkali water tank and disinfection water tank to ensure the supply of cleaning water;


5、 Equipment cleaning requirements:

1. Clean the nozzles, pipes, conveyor belts and water tanks of the equipment before and after work every day;

2. The filling equipment and pipelines shall be cleaned with disinfected water regularly every week, and the equipment shall be washed with process water after disinfection;

3. The operator shall record and keep the disinfection and cleaning process.
