² The host adopts frequency conversion speed regulation automatic control technology, and the production speed and screen frequency of the host can be adjusted by itself.
² The machine is equipped with automatic safety and protection devices to avoid unnecessary waste of materials. When the empty bottle does not reach the production station, the host machine will stop. When it reaches the station, it will start automatically to ensure the accuracy of counting and bottling in production.
² The two bottle blocking devices use the cylinder of Sino Italian joint venture Kangmaosheng to block bottles, which is flexible, reliable and easy to adjust.
² The swinging mechanism adopts the domestic advanced "inner hole central shaft offset" structure, and the frequency conversion speed regulation produces swinging effect, low noise, and easy adjustment, which avoids the problems of vulnerable parts and difficult adjustment caused by vibration caused by the axial clearance movement of worm gear and worm.
² In case of bottle feeding, no bottle or bottle discharging and bottle stacking, the tablet counting disk automatically stops running and does not perform tablet counting, but still remains in the starting state. When waiting for the arrival and bottle discharging of bottles, the machine automatically resumes tablet counting.
