Test conditions
1 The test environment temperature shall be within the range of 0 ℃~40 ℃, and the relative humidity of the test environment shall not be greater than 85%.
2 The coated tablet with a diameter of 10 mm shall be used as the standard particle during the test; The standard bottle weight of 100 pcs per bottle is adopted; The plastic bottle with an inner diameter of 38mm and a volume of 100ml is used as the standard packaging container.
Idling test each set Granulator After the assembly is completed, the idling test shall be carried out, and the continuous idling time shall not be less than 1h. The machine performance shall be checked and conform to the provisions of 5.2 and 5.8. 6.3 Production capacity test This test is carried out at the same time as the filling qualification rate test. After the pelletizer runs normally, it counts and fills continuously. It works at the rated speed. Each time, it fills 200 bottles continuously for five times. Record the filling time, count the total number of filled particles, and calculate the production capacity according to formula (1), which should comply with the provisions of 5.4, (If the sample bottles with foreign matters, broken particles and fragments are not caused by the granulator itself, they will not be counted, and the sample bottles of the same batch will be used instead
Replace.) M VT=.................................... (1), where: V - production capacity, in pcs/min; M -- total number of filling particles, in pcs; T -- time, in min.
4 The filling qualification rate test shall be carried out after the continuous normal operation of the granulator at the rated speed. 200 bottles shall be filled continuously each time and inspected bottle by bottle for five times. The filling qualification rate shall be calculated according to formula (2) and shall comply with the provisions of 5.5. (If the sample bottles with foreign matters, broken particles and fragments are not caused by the granulator itself, no statistics will be made, and the sample bottles of the same batch will be replaced.)
Y W= 1000 × 100%.................................... (2), in which: W -- filling qualification rate,%; Y -- Number of qualified bottles filled, unit: bottle.
5 The rejection rate test and the filling qualification rate test shall be conducted at the same time. After the continuous normal operation of the granulator, the granulator will work at the rated speed. Each time, 200 bottles will be filled consecutively for five times. The number of bottles removed will be counted, and the removal rate will be calculated according to formula (3), which should comply with the provisions of 5.6. (If not due to several capsules
The sample bottles with foreign matters, fragments and fragments caused by the machine itself will not be counted, and will be replaced with the sample bottles of the same batch.) 1000 Q Z= × 100%.................................... (3), in which: Z -- rejection rate,%; Q -- Number of bottles removed, unit: bottles.
6 Air circuit tightness inspection a) Wipe the sealing parts of pneumatic components with absorbent cotton gently, and observe whether there is oil stain on the absorbent cotton, which should comply with the provisions of 5.3; b) Apply soapy water on the sealing part of the sealing element of the pneumatic element, and observe whether there is air leakage, which should comply with the provisions of 5.3.
GB/T ××××—×××× 5
7 Noise test During no-load operation, the noise of the granulator shall be measured according to the method specified in JB/T 7232, and the noise value shall comply with 5.7.
Electrical safety test
8.1 The insulation resistance shall be measured with an insulation resistance meter according to the provisions of 18.3 in GB 5226.1-2008, and shall comply with the provisions of 5.9.
8.2 When the power supply of the electrical device is cut off, the constant current is obtained from the power supply with the no-load voltage not exceeding 12V (AC or DC), and the current is equal to 1.5 times of the rated current or 25A (whichever is larger), let the current pass between the grounding terminal and each accessible metal part in turn. Measure the voltage drop between the grounding terminal and each accessible metal part, and calculate the resistance value from the current and voltage drop for three times.
8.3 The withstand voltage test shall be conducted with the withstand voltage tester according to the provisions of 18.4 in GB 5226.1-2008, and shall comply with the provisions of 5.11.
9 Safety protection inspection Safety protection devices shall meet the requirements of 5.12.
