When working, the particles are poured into the top hopper, and the primary, intermediate and final vibration feeders are properly adjusted to make the stacked particles in the hopper gradually slide down to the blanking port along the vibration trough plate into a continuous strip straight line. Then the drop detection channel one by one uses the principle of photoelectric effect to input the working signal generated by the infrared dynamic scanning sensor when the particles fall into the FPGA high-speed microprocessor, and realize the counting function through the cooperation of circuit and program.
