Automatic Bottle Packaging Production Line
1. Automatic bottle sorting machine: equipped with quantitative control detection and overload protection device for bottle discharging, no need to blow bottles with air source, automatic bottle reversing mechanism, and bottle collecting device, greatly improving production efficiency. PLC is used to control the man-machine interface. The bottle output rate reaches 100%, which is an advanced bottle sorting machine in China at present. In specific production, there is no need for special personnel to take care of it, which saves time and labor.
2. Automatic electronic granulator: intelligent PLC operating system is adopted. Before using the equipment, just press the product name and specification on the touch screen to count production. Clear man-machine interface control provides a comfortable working environment for the operator. The three-level vibration mode is adopted: the frequency is stable, the flow is fast, and the sliding track adopts the ladder three-layer type, so that the tablets are separated layer by layer downward, which is convenient to generate spacing and prevent the accumulation of tablets. The filling adopts the bottle covering type: it can firmly cover the mouth of the bottle and quickly enter the packaging container. When replacing different specifications of medicine bottles, it only needs to control the height adjustment in the control field to automatically rise and fall, which is simple and fast.

Automatic desiccant filling machine: PLC human-machine interface operation system is adopted, which can adjust the length of desiccant at will, accurately cut off the position, speed and other parameters can be preset and stored. The machine is compact in structure, simple in operation and convenient in maintenance. The mechanical operation part is equipped with various protective devices, which can implement automatic feeding. Linear design, elegant appearance, all stainless steel frame, in line with national GMP requirements. The control system adopts digital control technology, the linear moving parts adopt high-precision ball linear guide rail, and the color logo sensor is used for color logo.

6. Self adhesive labeling machine: it has the function of automatically stopping the labeling when there is no bottle, and automatically printing the batch number. The labeling position can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the bottle specifications, and the speed varies from 50-300 bottles per minute.
