1. Prepare the label according to C-1 instructions.

2. After confirming the power supply, insert the power cord.

3. After adjusting the guardrail, place the labeled product in the center of the conveyor belt for smooth transportation.

4. Adjust the head up and down to the plane of the processed object about 1-3mm. If there is an additional fitting sponge wheel, it should be adjusted to the plane of the processed object, which should not be too tight.

5. Press the "Operation screen" on the touch screen.

6. Press back to the "Operation screen" and select "Label output test" to check whether the label is transported normally.

7. Marking length: when adjusting the label eye from left to right, touch the eye with your hand. After marking, the next label must expose the stripping plate for 2-5mm, which is the most appropriate.

8. Place the product on the conveyor belt for labeling.

9. Adjust the front and rear adjustment wheels of the head to the required front and rear labeling positions, and then press back to the "Operation Screen" to adjust to the required left and right labeling positions to ensure perfect labeling quality.
